Meet Holly
My work is rooted in my fascination with human behaviour. I’ve always been drawn to what sits beneath the surface—the patterns, motivators, and internal drivers that shape how we move through the world.
During the 13 years I’ve spent as a personal trainer, I’ve explored countless ways to help my clients get the best results. One thing became increasingly clear:
Change begins when we start seeing ourselves in real time.
When we understand our patterns, emotional responses, and the stories we tell ourselves, we create space between trigger and reaction. In that space, we gain the ability to choose how we want to respond.

I know what it feels like to struggle with yourself. I spent years caught in patterns like overthinking, self-doubt, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, constantly trying to manage how I showed up and how others saw me.
That struggle eventually led me to Judith, a deeply insightful psychotherapist who introduced me to DISC personality insights and helped me understand myself in a new way. It was like I finally made sense to myself after a lifetime of confusion, frustration, and harsh inner judgement.
I started noticing small shifts throughout my day, again and again. I was finally letting go of the rope and beginning to treat myself with compassion.
I’d love to show you the path I’ve taken and help you learn to work with yourself.
